  • An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted once it has been prepared for dispatch or delivery.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate product information. If an order has been placed using an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Fresh flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, containers, ribbons, or other design elements with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour scheme, and value of the arrangement.
  • Images displayed on our website are representative only. Due to the natural variation of flowers and handcrafted arrangements, the delivered product may differ slightly from the photographs shown.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery dates requested by customers are preferred dates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information.
  • We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, inaccessible properties, gated communities, apartment buildings without access, hospitals with delivery restrictions, or unavailable recipients.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, we may:
    • leave the order in a safe location at our discretion;
    • leave it with reception, security, or a neighbour where appropriate; or
    • return the order for re-delivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.
  • Once delivery has been completed to the address provided, responsibility for the order passes to the recipient.

5. Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is offered only for eligible locations and orders placed before the published daily cut-off time.
  • Availability may be limited during peak periods including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other holidays.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Orders already designed, prepared, processed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom, personalised, wedding, funeral, event, and corporate orders may require longer notice periods and may be subject to separate cancellation policies.

7. Refunds & Claims

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final.
  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered solely at our discretion for products that are demonstrably damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed.
  • Any claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and delivery label where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to inspect or collect the original product before approving any refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will not be issued for:
    • personal preference;
    • minor variations in flower varieties, colours, or design;
    • natural flower ageing after delivery;
    • incorrect recipient information supplied by the customer;
    • unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by recipient unavailability.

8. Payment

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be authorised or verified.
  • Chargebacks relating to valid deliveries may be disputed using delivery records and photographic proof where available.

9. Promotional Offers & Gift Cards

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

10. Website Use

  • All content, images, logos, designs, and text on this website are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order;
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, emotional distress, or inconvenience;
  • we are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or supplier shortages.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for processing orders, delivery, customer support, and legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our business is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
